What was really going on? At the time, I saw this as a big basket of lemons - a big batch of lemonade. Fast forward two decades and many, many lemons later. The difference this time? As I started to discover my true purpose, I shifted to honor my soul to live my truth. I resonate with being an Empathic, highly sensitive person. I connect with people on a soul level, thus rarely meeting strangers and extending love unconditionally. I resonate with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and align with a TCM Five Element Earth constitution. I am a nurturer, love sweets, and tend to overthink. So how do I deal with lemons? Instead of adding sugar and water to diminish the sour taste of these life lessons, I embrace the powerful benefits of the lemon and allow detoxification to occur, thus leading to continued transformation where I am free to be me!
